Miriam Haskell Gems and Jewels!

Miriam Haskell Jewelry is a line of very – very high class and quality gems and jewels.  These jewels have been around since 1926 and the jewelry line itself is of very, very high quality.  Each of the pieces in any Miriam Haskell collection are all handmade and Miriam Haskell Jewels have been featured in such magazines as Marie Claire, Lucky, Weddings, Vogue and Bazaar – that truly makes them worth your while.

One of the biggest pieces that have been featured all over the world is this beautiful Chain Coil Bracelet.  This piece is from their pearl collection and this bracelet is actually a very bold piece … and it looks beautiful!  The bracelet is three tiered spiral loops that are wrapped with Russian gold-plated chain.  Each of the ends is covered in Japanese baroque glass seed pearls and they are capped with a beautiful Swarovski crystal.

This bracelet is perfect to pair with a dressy outfit or a dressed down outfit – it all depends on what look you are going for!

Michael Kors — In Jewelry Design? Yep!

I have always thought of Michael Kors as someone that is made for fashion – I mean I just think that the guy looks incredible all of the time, the way that he speaks about fashion proves that he is passionate for it and he rocks!  Whenever I see the man on Project Runway, I just know that this guy deserves all the fame and fortune in the world … however; I did not know that he created jewelry!

Now that he has taken his talents from the runway and placed them around your wrist, neck, ankle or finger – I just respect him that much more!  He started designing jewelry in 1981 – along with clothing and every since … it has taken off!  This watch is just one of the examples of what Michael does with all of those talents and with his mind.

While this watch might be worth more than my house – sort of, it is by far one of the best things that I have seen … and I think that watches are going out of style!

Susan Wong’s Castaway Jewelry!

Personally, I think that designers of jewelry that are self-taught usually have a true appreciation for the jewelry that they are making and if they do make it big – it does not get to their head.  That is exactly what happened to Susan Wong – she self-taught herself how to make many different pieces of jewelry and now that she is big in the business … she is still the same person and has not let anything go to her head.

Susan Wong to me is someone that really knows what she is doing whenever she is creating a piece of jewelry.  Most of the time, her jewelry is going to be inspired by nature and she even uses a lot of nature in her pieces, which I think is beautiful.  Her creations are more of the time composed by things like seashells and rocks and that is right up my ally.

Take this beautiful and dainty Pyrite Nugget & Sand Dollar Necklace – this really does bring some vintage to the ocean.  The pyrite is the focal point and it is surrounded by three small crystal beads that look beautiful … you should see it up close.

Himatsingka Flat Flower Earrings: Summer Is Here!

What is the first thing that you think about when the weather changes and it starts getting warmer?  Flowers right?  That is exactly what Priyadarshini Himatsingka was thinking about when she created this beautiful piece of jewelry.  Priyadarshini Himatsingka actually started designing jewelry not too long ago and while she might not have years and years and years of experience, the pieces that she churns out are truly a site to be seen.

These contemporary flat-flower earrings are subtle and dainty and they are really and truly ideal for everyday wear.  The flowers themselves are pretty unique looking and are sterling silver.  Each flower has six petals on it and they are all attached to an oxidized sterling silver wire.

Martin + Osa: Two Jewelry Designers, One Beautiful Piece!

While most people can not pull of a swaggy chain like this one form Martin + Osa, Carrie Underwood is one of the few celebrities that can and this particular chain was actually the center of attention when Carrie showed up at a recent Walt Disney World function.  To be quite frank, I think that this beautiful Martin + Osa chain necklace is something special and something that can be worn every single day if you wanted to.

The elegant yet simple design overall is something that is beautiful and cool as well.  This particular chain contains about right polished chains of various lengths.  There are two tones of gold in this necklace and the closure is what is so beautiful – for it has the traditional Martin + Osa logo bullet and has a lobster clasp claw.

If you want to make a statement, this is by far one of the greatest ways to do it – it also comes in silver!  And guess the price … it is only about $39.50!

Juicy Couture Jewelry Is Dipping Into The Tiger’s Eye!

When I think about jewelry, fashion is what comes to mind – now, I am a little bit of a rebel and to be honest, Juicy Couture is the type of style that I fit right into.  Take this Juicy Couture tiger’s eye ring that I found.  Now, I personally love jewelry that has a little bit of a mystery about it and that is definitely something different than what it appears to be and that is what this beautiful ring is all about!

This ring is actually centered with a brownish tiger’s eye stone and it has antiqued gold plating with some of the most intricate designs carved into the sides.  The leaves, swirls and droplets are absolutely beautiful and if you look close enough – there is a hinged locket that actually flips open so you can store some small things right inside!

This incredible Juicy Couture tiger eye ring is actually about $44.00 and for a high name like Juicy Couture?  That is a fantastic deal!

Rebel Designs Cocktail Ring: It’s Chic!

Cocktail rings are something that seems to be going out of style – until Rebel Designs started coming up with them that is.  Rebel Designs is actually a New York based accessories company and they feature everything from belts and wallets all the way to handbags and finally some beautiful jewelry!  Gina Reily is the designer behind Rebel Designs about ten years and she wanted to provide people with a style and sophistication without the price tag.

This mushroom cocktail ring is absolutely exquisite yet bold and it will fit perfectly with your little black dress or even just a pair of jeans.  The silver ring is actually centered with a circular onyx stone that is surrounded by three different rows of jet black crystals.  The can come in other colors, however, I think this one is the most beautiful.

Citrine by the Stones Coiled Wire Bangles Are Sexy!

Bangles have always been a part of my childhood.  I used to wear them when I was a kid and now, here they are a fashion accessory and that is great!  The Coiled Wire Bangles are the hottest item on the market today and the Citrine by the Stone is going to be one hot brand for these particular bangles.  The Citrine by the Stones brand was launched about five years ago by some incredible designers: Mary, Michelle & Joanne Stone. 

These bangles are just one thing that they can do.  Citrine by the Stone jewelry has actually been worn by many, many different celebrities such as Mandy Moore, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Logan and finally Oprah.  The cool thing about these coiled wire bangles is the fact that they bring back so many childhood memories – not just of bangles but of the slinky!

Bottega Veneta Antiquated Silver Earrings!

What many people do not know about Bottega Veneta is that it was actually founded in 1966 by Laura and Vittorio Moltedo.  Bottega Veneta is usually known for their luxury leather items like shoes, belts and bags – however, they started designing jewelry not too long ago and ever since then, the jewelry line has done very, very well – especially the Turquoise gemstone pieces.

To me, I am not quite a turquoise fan, however, this beautiful sky-blue with greenish tint is something that is pretty popular nowadays, especially the Bottega Veneta brand.  The hardness of this particular stone is 6, which is pretty hard and the fact that they are resting in a nest of antiquated silver is something that you do not see all that often.

These earrings for available via Saks for about $540 … while expensive, it is definitely worth it if you really want them!
