Sex In The City — Jewelry?

When you think about it – finding the ideal bracelet is something that is kind of hard.  I know this from experience because I have been in the market for a bracelet for quite a while now however, when I saw Sex in the City – I fell in love with Carrie’s jewelry! 

All of those beautiful pieces that she wore in the movie truly did wonders for her and this little gem of a bracelet is something that is chic and cool … not to mention fashionable! 

Now, I have never been one of the gold people – actually, I hate yellow gold for the most part, but this thick chain with the three rings of diamonds is something that I fell in love with upon first seeing it!  Now, while you could opt for the real thing … I opted for the fake version of this bracelet and it looks great!

Jewelry that is not only beautiful looking but also stylish looking is something that many, many people are constantly in the market for.  However, it is hard to find most of the time as designers nowadays usually just have either a very fashionable piece of jewelry or they just have a piece of jewelry that looks okay but fits personally.  Andrea Lucille is the exception to this rule, for this particular designer is all about contemporary and she features a heck of a lot of natural and organic forms.

Ted Rossi NYC Pleated Silk, Swarovski Pearls & Crystal Cuff

One thing that I noticed way back when in February was this beautiful, beautiful cuff bracelet that I had forgotten about until just now!  This incredible, pleated silk, Swarovski Pearls and crystal cuff by Ted Rossi.  This guy is a freakin’ genius in my book!  Not only is it by far one of the sleekest and most modern pieces of jewelry that I have ever seen, it is absolutely breathtaking in every way possible.

The cuff itself is made out of silk and leather, which to me is a lethal combination and there are a ton of different Swarovski pearls and crystals pretty much placed everywhere on this beautiful cuff.  What you might not know about Ted Rossi is that he did not intent to create accessories at all, however he is! 

Ted Rossi actually creates some of the best accessories in the world and they are worn by a ton of celebrities like Megan Fox, Hilary Duff and Paris Hilton!

Lisa Levine and Her Brass Cuff!

Lisa Levine has been designing jewelry forever it seems like.  She first got her long for jewelry when she found her grandmother’s jewelry box and since then, she has become ever-so-creative and absolutely loves designing all sorts of new and fresh pieces of jewelry.  When I saw this beautiful Medusa brass cuff, well, I was over the freakin’ moon just because it is so funky, so chic and so stylish, that is demands all sorts of attention!

It is extremely rare in this day and age to find a designer that not only knows exactly how to create something beautiful, but a designer that actually knows exactly what she is doing.  That is what Winifred Grace Gundeck is all about.  This chick has been designing jewelry for quite some time now and while her degree is in Graphic Design, she has taken up jewelry making full-time as of 2003.  Her first inspirations were from all sorts of different and vibrant textures as well as some patterns found in nature and some art designs and tapestries.
