What did a few of our famous and heart stopping stars wear to the BAFTA?

Kristen Stewart kept her jewelry subtle, understated and simple. She just had on a diamond bracelet, a ring and diamond studs. Anna Kendrick on the other hand opted for the most beautiful long drop earrings and then, she needed no other jewelry to spike up her bright yellow outfit.

Kate Winslet on the other hand wore the most beautiful of Tiffany diamonds and black jade earrings that offset her black attire to perfection. This offset her peaches and cream complexion in the most beautiful way.

Vanessa Redgrave looked chic and elegant. She opted to wear drop earrings and multiple strands of pearls that gave her the classic and extremely sophisticated look. On the strands of pearls was an intricate, filigreed diamond pendant. She certainly proved that diamonds are a woman’s best friend. Also, that pearls and diamonds can certainly be paired up together to give the most fabulous of effects.

A diamond pendant that will take your breath away is the one that Gabriella Sidibe wore. It was the most beautifully and intricately designed asymmetrical diamond pendant. The design was one of a kind and it was strung on a thin matching chain. The tapering design of twirls and inspired by floral and leaf designs had people gape at it in wonderment. This was one wonderful jewelry piece for certain.

As the saying goes diamonds are a woman’s best friend and they always remain as great fashion accessories. Diamonds are extremely versatile. If you are born with silver or should that be golden spoon or are able to get married to a rich man, you can ask him to buy you a huge solitaire to flash on your finger. Or else you can buy yourself exquisite and delicate diamond studs or dainty diamond bracelets or a diamond pendant. If you were to peep into the jewelry box of any woman you are bound to find a diamond or two within.

The diamond saga continues in the year 2010 too. Especially so on a hot summer afternoon or evening when you want to look cool and unflustered, diamond jewelry is just the right thing to wear. The way the winds of fashion trends for this year are moving, diamonds will continue to remain the unabated victorious ones.

Diamonds look fantastic in any form and the sky is the limit for designing or fashion trends where they are concerned. The sparkle and glitter that diamonds can get your look is incomparable to anything else in this world. They look wonderful as pendants, hoops around your ears and dangling to add that extra zing to life.

The next time round if your man asks you what you want him to buy for you, don’t settle for flowers. Diamonds will last your forever. And, what better way to prove your love than to buy your woman a diamond.

Pearl Drop Earrings: Beautiful On Anne Hathaway!

Diamonds are a girl’s best friend – that is exactly what we have been told over and over and over again and honestly, I am slowly but surely starting to believe it … slowly.  However, now that I have seen these beautiful pearl, diamonds earrings on Anne Hathaway’s ears, I think that I believe it even more.  Diamonds are a fantastic accessory to anything and Anne just proved that earrings can be beautiful on any ears.

These drop down pearl earrings with diamonds along them are not only some of the fashion-forward looking pieces of jewelry, but they are pieces of jewelry that I instantly and totally fell in love with.  The fact that they are drop down earrings put the icing on the cake for me … add in the chic factor and you got me hooked!

Now, of course – for those of us that can not afford the real thing, there are plenty of ‘fake’ or ‘imitation’ earrings just like this that you can buy – however, the real thing is pretty incredible!

Sex In The City — Jewelry?

When you think about it – finding the ideal bracelet is something that is kind of hard.  I know this from experience because I have been in the market for a bracelet for quite a while now however, when I saw Sex in the City – I fell in love with Carrie’s jewelry! 

All of those beautiful pieces that she wore in the movie truly did wonders for her and this little gem of a bracelet is something that is chic and cool … not to mention fashionable! 

Now, I have never been one of the gold people – actually, I hate yellow gold for the most part, but this thick chain with the three rings of diamonds is something that I fell in love with upon first seeing it!  Now, while you could opt for the real thing … I opted for the fake version of this bracelet and it looks great!

Jessica Simpson: Oh, She Got The Ultimate Gift!

Celebrities are all about the bling and right now – that is exactly what Jessica Simpson is looking for – while she might not have gotten to keep Nick, she definitely did get to get over him via a beautiful, sparkling free diamond ring!  It is very hard to sing the blues after this beautiful ring is placed on your finger by a master jeweler like Pascal Mouawad. 

This jeweler gave Simpson the ring, which is 5 – yes, count them five carats from his Black and White Diamond Collection and if I was Simpson, I would definitely not be giving it up anytime soon!  Pascal is known for his celebrity muses and Simpson seems to be one of them – along with Heidi Klum and Nicole Richie.

If you are looking for some bling though – I think that you should give Pascal Mouawad a jingle and see if you can become his new muse!

When you really think about it – celebrities are truly not all that different than us. They have their moments when they are having a bad hair day, can not pick out what they want to wear but one huge difference is that they can afford things like some beautiful chandelier earrings. Take these three ladies! They not only look absolutely incredible in their chandelier earrings but it is by far the newest trend for the celebrity market it seems like.

Whether the diamonds are iced up the sides or there are pearls everywhere, chandelier earrings are going to be seen more and more on the red carpet it seems like and to me – that is something that I can live with!  I have always been a huge fan of the chandelier earrings trend and now that it is coming back, I couldn’t be happier!
